  1. True enough, it’s hard to find time to exercise when you are loaded with a busy schedule. But it’s also true that, when you’re health is at stake, you can always find time to get fit. Simply walking a short distance going to your office doesn’t hurt, and it can be substantial. It’s just a matter of weighing things and having the determination to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
